LOGO

No designer can thrive without clients. Similarly, it is not possible for clients to get a business logo created without designers. Therefore, both parties should agree to a mutually benefiting business relationship. However, this is not the case all the time. There are business logo design clients who aren't that cooperative.

I am not suggesting that all of them are alike. However, finding the perfect one is like searching a needle in a haystack. Before you design a logo, exercise some caution in choosing clients. For example, looking for affordable logo design is fine, but if a client refuses to pay at all, it's no use wasting time on such projects.
In this post, you will learn about some such types who are not that good.

One Who Believes 'Less Is Not More'
Yes, you will find ones who will come up with trash logo ideas, and insist you to implement them in the project. I am not saying that a client should not suggest. Then, if one insists to execute irrelevant colors, font and graphics, it will do more harm to the business than good.

Such types forget that all ideas might not work out. These are stubborn ones who doesn't understand the functionality of a logo. No matter how much you explain, they will turn a deaf ear to you. Therefore, beware of them.

Commitment Breaker
These are clients who breaks promises. Even in business, promises should be kept by both the parties. You design a logo for his business meeting quality parameters and deadlines. However, after the delivery of the project, he pays you less than the sum promised.

The best way to deal with such situations is by having a valid contract before accepting the project. This way you will be able to make him pay the amount specified in the contract.
One Who Thinks You Are at His Mercy!
You find some who will make your life miserable with orders. As a result, you will have less time to design, and end up fixing client issues. It might be looking for the best anti-virus software for his PC or fixing network issues.

If you refuse doing it, he will tell you that you are at his mercy, and therefore obey all orders. He doesn't care whether it's a weekend or a public holiday. You can even expect calls at the middle of the night!
You have to fix all issues, be it design or anything else. And that too at during holidays or unearthly hours!
